How do I take it? Do I need both Step 1 and Step 2?
For best results, start with Step 1 as your intensive kickstart, then continue with Step 2 as your daily routine. Step 1 helps give your hair a strong start from within, while Step 2 is designed to support ongoing strength, shine, and healthier-looking hair over time.
Intensive Hair Care - Pour the contents of one sachet into the enclosed bottle every day and fill it 2/3 full with fruit juice or water. Shake vigorously.
Then drink the contents - preferably in the morning with a meal.
It can be taken over a longer period of time or permanently.
Keratin Hair Booster - Take 3 capsules daily with a meal.
For lasting results, you should take the product permanently.
When will I notice changes?
